Scope of Work
- Grading and site preparation including excavation, piling, concrete foundations and backfill.
- Supply of materials and installation of all foundations on site
- Supply of materials and equipment required to complete the control building
- Assembly of steel structures including the installation of structural steel framing, concrete block walls with building roofing and sheet metal flashing, interior painting and doors and hardware.
- Supply and installation of a package of electrical equipment including the GIS switchgear that was free-issued by owner.
- Supply and installation of all power and protection cabling required for the project
- Electrical building services and mechanical HVAC and plumbing.
- Testing and commissioning as a joint effort between the owner and EPTCON
