- Development of the single line diagrams, AC schematics, DC schematics, and trip logic diagrams
- Calculation of protection relay settings
- Design of four new protection relay panels, including preparing the bill of materials, panel layout drawings, and panel wiring diagrams
- Field modifications to existing relay panels and installation of a new field cabling interface rack
- Complete testing and commissioning of the upgraded protection relay systems
